ADA Compliant Front End Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Front End Software Engineer to join their development team remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the refactoring of mobile and web banking applications to ensure ADA compliance and resolve non-compliant code
• Develop and maintain complex front-end applications using the Angular framework
• Apply advanced knowledge of WCAG 2.0 standards to create accessible web experiences

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Science, Information Systems Management or equivalent work experience
• Experience using Angular (or other frameworks) in a corporate environment
• Strong understanding of Web Standards, HTML semantics, and CSS knowledge
• Advanced JavaScript knowledge and experience with reusable UI components
• Advanced knowledge of WCAG 2.0 and ADA standards and compliance
