Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adjunct Faculty member to teach Introduction to African American Studies.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage students through frequent interaction and motivate them to succeed
• Guide students in collaborative and project-based learning
• Provide constructive feedback and assess student work using rubrics

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in African American Studies, History, English, or a related field; doctorate preferred
• Professional experience in History and/or African American Studies
• Experience teaching adult learners online and in higher education is strongly preferred
• Ability to teach remotely
