A company is looking for an Administration Assistant - Retainer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide logistics support for high-level conference events, including transportation, accommodation, and training equipment
- Manage document control and ensure appropriate IT support during conferences
- Maintain accurate records of operational and financial transactions and assist in pre and post-training activities
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma with four years of relevant experience, or a professional/technical diploma with two years of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with no work experience
- Relevant administrative/operational experience in logistics and administration
- Proficiency in computer and office software packages, particularly MS Office
- Experience in UN system organizations is desirable
- Fluency in English; knowledge of a second UN or regional working language is an asset
