A company is looking for an Assistant III - Administrative.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs general administrative tasks including handling mail, typing, filing, and answering phones
- Establishes and maintains office files, schedules appointments, and arranges meeting rooms
- Compiles information for reports, audits various documents for accuracy, and assists with departmental projects
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a two-year Associate's Degree Program in business administration or a related field
- A minimum of four (4) years of directly related experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Familiarity with systems used in operations such as SAP, Kronos, and Workday
- Ability to implement processes for satisfactory audit practices
