About the Role:
We are seeking a bubbly, engaging, and detail-oriented Receptionist to be the face of our headquarters. The ideal candidate is polished, professional, and passionate about making every client and visitor feel welcomed and valued. You’ll be the first point of contact in person and over the phone, helping us create a positive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet all visitors warmly and professionally.
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed (filing, scheduling, data entry).
- Manage visitor logs and issue visitor badges when necessary.
- Ensure all guest needs are met in a timely and friendly manner.
- Assist with office supplies inventory and orders.
- A bubbly and engaging personality — you love interacting with people and making them feel at home.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized — you catch the small things others might miss.
- Professional presentation — you are polished and understand the importance of first impressions.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required — verbal and written communication.
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
