A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide payments-related technical support services and ensure superior client experience in payment processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-class customer support via various communication channels
- Triage and manage inbound customer communications and technical support tickets
- Assist with setup/configuration of POS terminals and provide troubleshooting support
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer support role
- 2+ years of experience in the card payment industry or payment processing with POS technical experience
- Experience with TSYS, Fiserv, and payment processing preferred
- Experience in call center environments in the payments industry preferred
