Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers through high-volume inbound calls, focusing on their unique needs

Required Qualifications

• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
• A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required for bilingual positions
• Ability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends
• Designated workspace free from noise and distractions with high-speed internet access
