A company is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates all aspects of scheduling interpretation services for clients
- Conducts intake of all requests for interpretation services and assesses interpreter qualifications
- Maintains professional relationships with interpreters and clients while managing communication and scheduling needs
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma with 2.5 years of related work experience, or equivalent education and experience; a college degree preferred
- Ability to perform basic mathematical operations and interpret various forms of instructions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with Google Docs and Apple/Mac Operating System preferred
- Conversational in American Sign Language (ASL); fluency preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States and willing to undergo background checks
