Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with customers to promote retention and loyalty
  • Engage proactively with customers to drive product adoption and identify upsell opportunities
  • Act as the voice of the customer by providing feedback to internal teams and advocating for customer needs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of customer success experience in a B2B Mid-market or Enterprise-focused SaaS company
  • Experience managing a revenue-based quota
  • Experience creating and delivering high-quality QBRs to executive teams
  • Basic understanding of accounting and finance ecosystem preferred
