Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with customers to promote retention and loyalty
- Engage proactively with customers to drive product adoption and identify upsell opportunities
- Act as the voice of the customer by providing feedback to internal teams and advocating for customer needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of customer success experience in a B2B Mid-market or Enterprise-focused SaaS company
- Experience managing a revenue-based quota
- Experience creating and delivering high-quality QBRs to executive teams
- Basic understanding of accounting and finance ecosystem preferred
