Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative (French Speaking).
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and provide assistance to customers
- Provide training and troubleshooting support to resolve customer issues
- Document all interactions and arrange for product repairs when necessary
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma required; Associate Degree in Information or Computer Science preferred
- Previous call center experience is a plus
- Fluency in both English and French (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office Word and Outlook
- Familiarity with database applications and spreadsheets is a plus
