A company is looking for a Principal Customer Success Manager, Strategic.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee customer experience for a portfolio of 5-10 enterprise-level accounts, focusing on retention and growth
- Ensure strategic customers maximize value from the platform and document ROI delivered
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop success plans and deliver Executive Business Reviews
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Customer Success Management or a related field
- Experience managing $4-6M ARR with large Fortune 500 or Global 2000 customers
- Proven track record of impacting customer results through strategic consulting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop situational awareness
- Experience with SaaS platforms is desired but not required
