A company is looking for a Licensed Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding policies and billing
- Research customer inquiries and ensure timely responses while managing a high volume of calls
- Process requests and document files according to established procedures and authority levels
Required Qualifications
- One or more active licenses in Property & Casualty
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Product knowledge of Property and Casualty Insurance
- High school diploma or GED; 2+ years of relevant insurance experience preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
