Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Agent to provide support for government-based contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and greet customers professionally
  • Assist with tech troubleshooting and appointment scheduling
  • Document calls, respond to inquiries, and conduct follow-up calls
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a private workspace for remote work
  • Compatible computer (no Macs or Chromebooks), monitors, and a USB-wired headset
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Availability between 9am - 9pm EST, Monday-Friday; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
