A company is looking for a Customer Service Agent to provide support for government-based contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and greet customers professionally
- Assist with tech troubleshooting and appointment scheduling
- Document calls, respond to inquiries, and conduct follow-up calls
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus
- Reliable high-speed internet and a private workspace for remote work
- Compatible computer (no Macs or Chromebooks), monitors, and a USB-wired headset
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Availability between 9am - 9pm EST, Monday-Friday; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
