Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat in Spanish regarding food delivery inquiries and service-related issues.
- Help users place orders, track deliveries, and address payment questions.
- Provide information about promotions, service areas, and menu options to enhance customer experience.
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions for quality assurance.
- Work with delivery personnel to resolve logistical issues promptly and efficiently.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in the food delivery industry and our service offerings.
- Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and user satisfaction.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken, is required.
- Experience in customer support, particularly in food service or delivery, is preferred.
