Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative- Mid Shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field phone calls and emails from clients and participants regarding account inquiries and support
  • Process forms and enter data related to benefit processes in a timely manner
  • Provide high-level customer service and maintain quality work that aligns with company values
Required Qualifications
  • High school graduate or GED; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • At least one year of professional work experience, preferably in a call center or high call volume environment
  • Experience with benefits management and knowledge of COBRA is highly preferred
  • Availability for training and to work mid-shift hours after training
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a collaborative environment
