Key Responsibilities
- Assist transportation providers with inquiries and concerns related to services
- Schedule, modify, and cancel reservations as required
- Document and manage complaints or incidents filed by providers accurately
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Zero (0) plus years of experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Willingness to learn new technology and processes quickly
