A company is looking for a PAP Scheduler responsible for coordinating patient appointments for equipment pickup and instruction.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments for customers to pick up PAP equipment and provide usage instructions
- Verify insurance coverage and explain financial responsibilities to customers
- Document patient interactions and ensure compliance with equipment usage standards
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- One (1) year of experience in healthcare administration, financial services, or insurance customer service
- Experience in a Medicare certified HME environment is preferred
- Knowledge of HME products and insurance guidelines
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively
