Job Summary

A company is looking for an After Hours Travel Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange domestic and basic international travel services, including bookings for air, rail, car, and hotel accommodations
• Communicate with customers to determine travel needs and provide consultative support adhering to travel policies
• Maintain and monitor reservations, ensuring accuracy and quality control throughout the booking process

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• 2-4 years of travel counselor experience is required for external applicants
• Experience with Sabre GDS is required
• Working knowledge of technology and PC literacy
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with all levels
