Florida Licensed Behavioral Health Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Behavioral Health Utilization Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises behavioral health utilization review clinicians to ensure compliance with guidelines
• Monitors performance, quality, and efficiency standards within the BH utilization management team
• Develops and implements UM policies and provides coaching and feedback to team members

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of related experience
• License to practice independently or state-required licensure
• Knowledge of behavioral health utilization management principles preferred
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Understanding of medical necessity criteria for a range of behavioral health services preferred
