A company is looking for a Customer Operations Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Process orders and order change requests accurately and timely
- Maintain communication with internal departments to meet delivery commitments
- Analyze and resolve order issues to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree (Bachelor's preferred) and/or 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Entry, CPG, Supply Chain, or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP order processing systems, preferably NetSuite
- Result-oriented with a focus on team and organizational goals
