Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Operations Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process orders and order change requests accurately and timely
  • Maintain communication with internal departments to meet delivery commitments
  • Analyze and resolve order issues to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree (Bachelor's preferred) and/or 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Entry, CPG, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP order processing systems, preferably NetSuite
  • Result-oriented with a focus on team and organizational goals
