Key Responsibilities
- Handle moderate to complex inquiries regarding policies and billing from customers
- Input and track information in appropriate databases while ensuring accuracy in processing policy changes
- Provide clear explanations of customer documentation and facilitate first call resolution for customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role (Preferred)
- Working knowledge of insurance policies and related processes
- Ability to listen actively and demonstrate empathy towards customers
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
