Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate III.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle moderate to complex inquiries regarding policies and billing from customers
  • Input and track information in appropriate databases while ensuring accuracy in processing policy changes
  • Provide clear explanations of customer documentation and facilitate first call resolution for customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
  • 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role (Preferred)
  • Working knowledge of insurance policies and related processes
  • Ability to listen actively and demonstrate empathy towards customers
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
