A company is looking for a Patient Intake Coordinator (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient placements and coordinate admissions processes, ensuring timely financial and medical clearances
- Serve as the primary contact for patient referral communications and maintain accurate documentation in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with various departments and insurance verification teams to resolve issues and facilitate efficient patient admissions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree desirable; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
- 2 - 4 years of related experience
- Working knowledge of standard office applications
- Completion of and compliance with the Marketing and Business Development Functional Compliance Program
- Ability to adapt to change and support new policies and procedures positively
