At DenaliTEK, we’re looking for a Technical Success Manager who sees every client interaction as an opportunity to lead, solve, and elevate. You’ll be the face of DenaliTEK onsite, advocating for the client, identifying technical obstacles, and ensuring every recommendation and resolution drives measurable success.
What You’ll Be Doing
Identify & Resolve Client-Impacting Issues
- Conduct proactive, in-person systems reviews during onsite visits
- Turn every client concern — big or small, verbal or implied — into a documented and actionable ticket
- Solve problems with an outcome-first mindset, not just a checklist
Be the Client’s Technical Advocate
- Build deep knowledge of each client’s environment, business drivers, and pain points
- Translate technical risks into clear, actionable solutions
- Partner with vCIO and Professional Services to implement strategic improvements
- Engage directly with clients face-to-face during scheduled visits to build trust and alignment
You Might Be a Great Fit If You...
- Have a solid foundation in IT support or Systems Administration, with enough hands-on experience to confidently navigate common network and system issues
- Thrive in customer-facing roles and genuinely enjoy building trust, solving problems, and making clients feel heard and supported
- Are the kind of person others count on — dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive about following through
- Communicate clearly and comfortably with both technical and non-technical people, turning complex ideas into actionable solutions
- Understand that sometimes the most important issues come from casual hallway comments — and you take ownership to turn those into results

- Love continuous improvement — whether that’s refining a process, learning a new tool, or improving how we deliver value to clients
