Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answers moderately complex questions and resolves incidents related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Documents service requests and dispatches orders to support groups for problem resolution
- Provides onboarding support for new associates, including system access and security clearances
Key Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- May require technical certification or Associate Degree
- Generally, 1-2 years' experience in the area of responsibility
