Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative - National Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a resource or Subject Matter Expert (SME) for team members and handle escalated calls
- Assist customers with inquiries related to benefits, billing, and appointment scheduling
- Research and resolve complex customer issues while meeting performance goals
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Familiarity with computers and ability to learn new systems
- Completion of Customer Service training classes is required
- Ability to work full-time, including potential holidays and during peak months
