A company is looking for a Healthcare Collections Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls to arrange debt repayment and record updates on accounts
- Utilize HIPAA and TCPA guidelines during calls and manage patient disputes
- Assist with outbound calls and perform other assigned responsibilities
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Minimum one year of related work experience
- Minimum one year of collections experience
- Preferred: Minimum one year of EPIC experience
