Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator (Advertising) for a remote freelance position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main communication hub between Account and Shared Services for assigned accounts
  • Coordinate tasks, track deadlines, and prepare various project management reports
  • Organize internal status meetings and ensure adherence to client requests and agency processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a similar field
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience in an agency setting or marketing role
  • Experience supporting project management or marketing teams
  • Working knowledge of timeline/schedule development preferred
