Key Responsibilities
- Develop performance-driven creative and messaging strategies for clients across digital channels
- Participate in client meetings as the in-house creative expert for assigned accounts
- Manage the launch pipeline for assigned clients and ensure timely completion of deliverables
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in developing direct response and social media creative strategies
- Background in creating user-generated content (UGC) is a plus
- Strong understanding of digital trends and platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
- Experience with performance marketing and a track record of innovative concept development
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite or Figma and proficiency in Asana and Google Sheets is a plus
