Key Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of affiliate partnerships, including identification, outreach, onboarding, and performance optimization
- Proactively source and close high-potential affiliates and lead generation partners in the real estate investment niche
- Track, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance to increase ROI and quality of leads
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate or partner marketing with proven results in lead generation or pay-per-call
- A strong existing network of affiliates and publishers, preferably in real estate or high-ticket verticals
- Confidence using CRMs and affiliate platforms
- Ownership mindset, proactive, accountable, and outcomes-driven
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
