Agent Tooling Strategy Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Manager, Agent Tooling Strategy & Operations Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product feature roadmaps with the product engineering team
• Develop project plans across stakeholder groups for successful feature development and deployment
• Act as quality assurance for development, addressing critical quality blockers and tracking post-launch defects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience in a competitive or challenging environment
• Ability to create structure and organization in complex situations
• Experience in data analysis, including SQL and Excel modeling
• Strong persuasive communication skills
