Key Responsibilities

• Lead scrum ceremonies, facilitate problem-solving, and optimize team collaboration for effective work delivery
• Plan and manage software releases for complex initiatives to ensure timely updates and benefits delivery
• Define Agile maturity strategy, manage backlog, and establish success metrics for Agile practices

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree or Equivalent
• Over 6 to 10 years of substantial general work experience in the area of expertise
• Over 3 to 6 years of managerial experience in planning and managing resources
