A company is looking for an Agile Release Lead to enhance Agile delivery processes and ensure efficient software releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and improve Agile best practices and standardize processes across IT teams
• Assess Agile maturity and remove impediments to enhance team performance and delivery
• Manage release planning, communication, and deployment processes to ensure organized and low-risk software releases

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing software projects or releases in a Cloud environment
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and best practices
• Strong grasp of software development lifecycle and release management tools
• Preferred experience with CI/CD pipelines and release automation tools
