Senior Performance Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Performance Engineer - AI for Science.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize computational performance for AI innovations addressing domain-relevant bottlenecks
• Design and implement features for large-scale, CUDA-backed ML training and inference frameworks
• Develop and maintain an HPC software stack for generative machine learning models

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of relevant experience in performance engineering and software design
• Deep understanding of parallel programming in C++, Python, and CUDA
• Proficient in modern machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and JAX
• Experience in a collaborative team environment
