Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Business Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and test AI-powered bots and workflow automations
• Identify automation opportunities and gather requirements from business units
• Document process workflows and create technical designs for project support

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst focused on AI/ML projects
• Exposure to scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
• Understanding of ITIL service processes and agile-driven development
• Experience with deploying IT chatbots and Gen AI automation
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Computer Science
