Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of actuarial professionals
• Oversee the development and implementation of pricing assumptions for Dental rates
• Collaborate with various business partners to drive Dental business strategy

Required Qualifications

• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
• 5+ years of Dental pricing experience
• Preferred managerial or leadership experience
• FSA or ASA designation
• Experience managing a team of technical experts
