Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II to perform various analyses and interpretations to link business needs and objectives for assigned functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business initiatives through data analysis and user acceptance testing of new systems
• Identify and analyze user requirements and improve existing processes
• Lead problem-solving efforts and assist with formulating departmental policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• Project management experience preferred
• Knowledge of data migration and Agile preferred
• Experience with risk adjustment highly preferred
