Key Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements through interviews, document analysis, and workshops
• Interpret customer business needs and translate them into operational requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop Business Requirements Documents and provide recommendations for process improvements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5-7 years of business analysis experience
• 6+ years of managed care experience
• Proficiency in business analysis concepts and practices
• 3-5 years of formal project management training (preferred)
