A company is looking for an Organizational Change Management Lead (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Support organizational change management work streams for enterprise-level programs using a structured methodology
• Conduct change management activities, including impact assessments, communication strategies, and training plans
• Manage resistance to change and develop actions to mitigate risks and enhance employee engagement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ten years of experience related to IT organizational change management
• Understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Ability to influence others and work effectively with all organizational levels
• Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational challenges
