Key Responsibilities
- Support organizational change management work streams for enterprise-level programs using a structured methodology
- Conduct change management activities, including impact assessments, communication strategies, and training plans
- Manage resistance to change and develop actions to mitigate risks and enhance employee engagement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ten years of experience related to IT organizational change management
- Understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Ability to influence others and work effectively with all organizational levels
- Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational challenges
