A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support enterprise systems analysis and implementation in public-sector operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct business needs assessments and translate requirements into functional and technical documentation
- Map process flows and recommend improvements, collaborating with stakeholders in public safety and administrative agencies
- Provide expertise in Records Management Systems and Case Management Systems, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Criminal Justice, or a related field
- 5 to 7 years of experience in business systems analysis, preferably in public sector or public safety environments
- Proven experience with Records Management Systems and Case Management Systems
- Strong expertise in process flow mapping and stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with Oracle eBusiness Suite and its application in public sector workflows is preferred
