Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted experimentation advisor, guiding customers through onboarding and adoption of experimentation practices
• Deliver tailored training, workshops, and enablement programs to drive customer engagement and confidence in running experiments
• Track and report on customer experimentation performance to ensure measurable progress and success

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in driving experiments and building programs for scale
• Proficiency with experimentation platforms and feature management tools
• Experience in training and enablement, including designing and delivering workshops
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate experimentation data into actionable insights
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with various teams to achieve shared goals
