ERP Professional Services VP

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Professional Services (ERP).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality ERP implementations and ongoing support with strong NPS/CSAT scores
• Standardize project delivery methodologies and manage project portfolio metrics
• Lead, mentor, and develop consulting and support staff while building a leadership bench

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or Delivery within ERP or SaaS
• Proven success in managing consultants, developers, and support teams
• Strong background in project/program management and services operations
• Financial acumen with experience in P&L ownership and margin optimization
• Experience in ERP systems such as Sage, NetSuite, Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or Acumatica preferred
