Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with wildfire experts to accelerate WMP preparation and create repeatable templates
• Build and refine scalable delivery processes to ensure quality and customer success
• Work with the technology team to structure WMP data for automation and future AI training

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting, program management, or business transformation roles
• Experience in program or process management with a track record of building scalable systems
• Tech-savvy mindset with comfort in using new tools and frameworks
• Exposure to AI/automation tools or process-driven tech adoption
• Experience in regulated industries (utilities, energy, infrastructure, or government) is a plus
