• Lead state adoption submissions and RFP responses from end to end
• Ensure all deliverables are compliant, high-quality, and submitted on time
• Drive operational improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years experience managing a high-performance team of adoption and RFP specialists
• Deep expertise in K-12 Core Curriculum Adoptions submissions and RFPs
• Proven operational excellence in building project plans and managing complex workflows
• Demonstrated interest in leveraging AI tools to improve submission quality
• High proficiency with common business software and ability to learn new platforms quickly
