Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialty Product Filing Consultant to manage state filings and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage state filings, respond to objections, and maintain compliant contractual documents
• Analyze policy form requests and develop necessary revisions for compliance with regulations
• Engage with state regulators and internal partners to ensure timely approvals and address filing needs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5-7 years of experience in contract drafting, filing, or life and health product development
• Thorough understanding of group and individual life and health products
• Proficient with SERFF and regulatory interpretation
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives concurrently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
