Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to provide innovative solutions in highly regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with customers on ITSM, ESM, Agile, PPM, and DevSecOps operating models to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
• Analyze business processes, systems, and workflows to identify gaps and prioritize process improvements
• Assist in the architecture of tailored solutions and support system integrations in complex environments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, business administration, or a related field, or relevant work experience
• Experience with Atlassian products such as Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence
• Strong analytical abilities and strategic thinking
• Ability to work in a remote environment and travel to company and customer sites as needed
