Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Functional Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Support weekly and bi-weekly payroll runs in Oracle Cloud HCM
• Assist payroll teams with payroll loads, run settings, and retro pay scenarios
• Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll functional support
• Deep understanding of retro pay logic and Fast Formula development
• Familiarity with HDL, Payroll Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI
• Strong grasp of payroll integrations with third-party vendors
• Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Benefits, and Finance teams
