Engagement Manager, TISFD

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Manager, TISFD (Home based) 70% part time.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and delivery of the stakeholder engagement strategy for TISFD
• Oversee the Engagement team and manage Regional Council activities and public engagement efforts
• Facilitate knowledge management and sharing within the Taskforce and its Alliance network

Required Qualifications

• An advanced university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field, or a bachelor's degree with additional qualifying experience
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate social responsibility, sustainable finance, or business and human rights (9 years with a bachelor's degree)
• Experience working with the private sector on responsible investing and social sustainability
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder consultations and synthesize stakeholder feedback
• Fluency in English is required
