Provider Contracting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Contracting Specialist - (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations for provider-specific contracts and develop reimbursement strategies
• Analyze financial data and healthcare reimbursement methods to ensure compliance and effectiveness
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and coordinate with internal teams to address network adequacy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Public Health, Finance, or related field, or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• 2 years of experience in healthcare, business, or a related field
• 1 year of experience in contracting, provider recruitment, or provider relations
• Master's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration is preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare payor industry regulations and reimbursement methodologies
