Indiana Provider Relations Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Relations Internal Consultant in Indiana.

Key Responsibilities

• Acts as a liaison between the Medicaid Agency and the provider community
• Performs outreach to providers and assists with the Provider Recruitment plan agenda
• Applies knowledge of policies and procedures to resolve provider issues and ensure compliance

Required Qualifications

• One to three years' experience with Indiana Medicaid
• Medical background claims experience and/or experience with Indiana Medicaid is highly desirable
• Ability to analyze reports and identify trends related to billing problems
• Experience assisting Field Consultants with daily duties and analyzing data
• Ability to be cross-trained across different business units as needed
