Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Delivery Analyst to facilitate work products between the company and its clients in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor client inventory and manage requirements gathering for operational issues
• Support internal operations teams and oversee client invoicing and reporting processes
• Act as a liaison between IT, Operations, and client teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data production, preferably in the health industry
• Proven experience in business and technical requirements analysis
• Experience managing multiple clients/projects in a team environment
• Experience in structuring and executing complex analyses
• Health Plan or Payment Integrity experience is a plus
